My package is marked as delivered according to the track & trace, but I have not received anything. What now?

It may happen that a package is marked as delivered according to the track & trace, but you have not yet received it. In that case, follow these steps, regardless of the EU country you live in:

  1. First check the track & trace status.
    Sometimes a package is already marked as ‘delivered’ while it is still on its way or being sorted by the local postal service in your country.
  2. Ask housemates, neighbors, or reception.
    In many EU countries, a package is automatically delivered to neighbors or a central point.
  3. Check if the package has been taken to a pickup point.
    Outside the Netherlands, a package is often taken directly to a local pickup point if you are not at home. This is indicated in the track & trace information.
  4. Wait another 1–2 delivery days.
    International shipments within the EU can sometimes be delayed by local postal services.
  5. Still haven’t received anything? Then contact our customer service.
    If necessary, we will start an investigation with PostNL and the local postal service in your country.
