How do I store and protect my Diamond Painting canvas?
You can store your canvas by rolling it up, laying it flat, or keeping it in a folder. After finishing, you can fix the artwork with special glue and then frame it. You can also use release paper to protect the adhesive layer while working.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Our delivery times vary by country within Europe. If you order on a business day before 3:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day via PostNL.
- Netherlands: usually 1–2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
- France: 2–4 business days
- Spain & Italy: 3–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–6 business days, depending on local delivery services
We strive for fast delivery throughout Europe, but delivery times may vary during busy periods.
What are the shipping costs within Europe?
Good news: all our products are shipped free of charge throughout the entire EU. So you pay no shipping costs, regardless of your country.
My package is marked as delivered according to the track & trace, but I have not received anything. What now?
It may happen that a package is marked as delivered according to the track & trace, but you have not yet received it. In that case, follow these steps, regardless of the EU country you live in:
- First, check the track & trace status.
Sometimes a package is already marked as ‘delivered’ while it is still on its way or being sorted by the local postal service in your country. - Ask housemates, neighbors, or reception.
In many EU countries, a package is automatically delivered to neighbors or a central point. - Check if the package has been taken to a pickup point.
Outside the Netherlands, a package is often taken directly to a local pickup point if you are not at home. This is indicated in the track & trace information. - Wait another 1–2 delivery days.
International shipments within the EU can sometimes be delayed by local postal services. - Still haven’t received anything? Then contact our customer service.
If necessary, we will start an investigation with PostNL and the local postal service in your country.
How do I return or cancel my order?
You have 14 days to cancel your order and another 14 days to return the product. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the full amount.
When will I get my money back after returning?
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
