Delivery times

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day via PostNL. You will receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

🇧🇪Belgium:2–3 business days
🇩🇪 Germany:2–3 business days
🇫🇷France:2–4 business days
🇪🇸Spain & 🇮🇹 Italy:3–5 working days
🇪🇺Other EU countries (excl. UK):3–6 working days, depending on the country

We strive for fast delivery but depend on PostNL and local delivery services. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

We offer free shipping on all our products throughout Europe! Whether you order from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, or any other EU country: you pay no shipping costs.

We ship with PostNL for reliable and fast delivery. Please note: we currently delivernotto the United Kingdom.

Track your order with the Track & Trace code

After shipping, you can easily track your order with the track & trace code. Check the status of your package on the PostNL website PostNL always provides the latest shipping information about your package. Enter the track & trace code and your postal code to see the expected delivery time.

What to do if the package has not been delivered?

It may happen that a package is delayed, especially with international shipments or during busy periods. First, check the status using the track & trace code you received by email. Sometimes the package is still on its way or temporarily delayed.

Has the package been delivered according to the track & trace, but you have not received anything? Then first check with housemates or neighbors. If the package is still not found or the delivery takes longer than two delivery days, then contact contact with us. We are happy to investigate this further for you in collaboration with PostNL.

Note: for shipments to other EU countries, delivery may take a few extra days, depending on the country and the local delivery service. As the sender, we will contact PostNL if it is necessary to initiate an investigation.

Not home during delivery?

Not at home when your package is delivered? Don't worry!

For shipments within the Netherlands follows PostNL your delivery preferences if you have set that up via your PostNL account. For example, you can choose delivery to the neighbors, a PostNL point, or a safe place around your house. Haven't set a preference? Then the package is usually delivered to the neighbors or a nearby pickup point. You can track the exact location via track & trace.

For international shipments The delivery rules of the local postal organization in the destination country apply. In many cases, the package is delivered to a local pickup point if the recipient is not at home. This varies by country. The status of the package can be tracked via the international track & trace from PostNL , which also states whether the package will be re-delivered or is ready for pickup.
