Frequently Asked Question: How does Diamond Painting work?
In Diamond Painting, you work on a canvas covered with a self-adhesive layer and provided with symbols that correspond to specific colors of the stones. You place each stone in the right position using a special pen, often filled with a small amount of wax to easily pick up the stones. The stones are placed on the canvas one by one according to the symbols, creating a detailed, glittering mosaic. This technique requires patience and precision, but gives an enormous satisfaction once the work of art is finished.

What's in a Diamond Painting kit?
A Diamond Painting kit contains everything you need to get started right away. The kit contains a canvas with a pattern and an adhesive layer, on which you place the stones. In addition, you will receive a set of pre-sorted stones in different colors that match the pattern. To make placing the stones easier, a special pen is included, together with a wax block that provides grip on the stones. Storage bags are often also included to keep your stones organized and a handy shaking tray to pick up the stones more easily.
Frequently Asked Question: How do I choose the right size for my Diamond Painting?
When choosing the right size for your Diamond Painting, it is important to consider the level of detail you want to achieve and the time you want to spend. Smaller sizes, such as 30x40 cm, are ideal for beginners or for projects that you want to complete quickly. They often provide a less detailed image, but are perfect for practicing and seeing results quickly. Larger sizes, such as 40x40 cm, 40x50 cm or even 50x70 cm, on the other hand, offer more room for detail and a more realistic look, but also require more patience and dedication.
Frequently Asked Question: What are the different types of Diamond Painting diamonds?
Diamond Painting has two main types of stones: round and square. Round stones are easier to place, making them ideal for beginners or those looking for a more relaxed project. They sometimes leave small open spaces between the stones, which gives a more playful and less rigid effect. Square stones, on the other hand, fit seamlessly together, creating a fuller, more detailed "mosaic" effect. This type of stone requires a little more precision, but the result often looks more professional and detailed.
