Delivery times

We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we process orders placed on weekdays before 15:00, the same day! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code with which you can track your package.

For orders within the Netherlands, we aim to have your order delivered the next business day via PostNL. However, delivery time can sometimes take 1 to 2 business days, depending on the busy delivery service. For our Belgian customers, delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Please note that we are dependent on the delivery service and delivery times can sometimes vary.

Postage costs

Great news! We offer FREE shipping on all our products within the Netherlands and Belgium. So you can rest assured that there will be no unexpected shipping costs at checkout.

Track your order with the Track & Trace code

After shipping, you can easily track your order with the track & trace code. View the status of your package on the PostNL website . PostNL always provides the latest shipping information about your package. Enter the track & trace code and your zip code to see the expected delivery time.

What to do if the package has not been delivered?

Sometimes it can happen that your package is delayed. View the explanation and solutions from PostNL here if your package is delayed. In case of busy times or a malfunction, the delivery time may take a little longer, but usually the package is still delivered within 2 days. If your package has not arrived after two delivery days, you can contact us or PostNL for further assistance.

Not at home during delivery?

Are you not at home when PostNL delivers your package? No problem! PostNL follows your delivery preferences if you have set them. Have you not set any preferences? Then we will deliver your package to your neighbors or to a PostNL point. You can see where your package is via track & trace in the app or online. To set your delivery preferences , you can create a PostNL account and choose where your package should be delivered by default.
