Returning Your Order

If you wish to return your order, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it without providing a reason and return it.

Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to cancel it. Once canceled, you have an additional 14 days to return your product(s). Once we have processed your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

If you decide to return your purchase under the right of withdrawal, it is important that the product and all accompanying items are returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to test it, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, we recommend handling our products with care and packaging them securely for return shipment.
