Delivery times

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are shipped within 1-2 working days via PostNL. You will receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1–2 working days
🇧🇪 Belgium: 2–3 working days
🇩🇪 Germany: 2–3 working days
🇫🇷 France: 2–4 working days
🇪🇸 Spain & 🇮🇹 Italy: 3–5 working days
🇪🇺 Other EU countries (excl. UK): 3–6 working days, depending on the country

We strive for fast delivery, but are dependent on PostNL and local delivery services. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all our products throughout Europe! Whether you order from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, or another EU country: you pay no shipping costs.

We ship with PostNL for reliable and fast delivery. Please note: we currently do not deliver to the United Kingdom.

Track your order with the Track & Trace code

After shipping, you can easily track your order with the track & trace code. Check the status of your package on the PostNL website. PostNL always provides the latest shipping information about your package. Enter the track & trace code and your postal code to see the expected delivery time.

What to do if the package has not been delivered?

It may happen that a package is delayed, especially with international shipments or during busy periods. First, check the status via the track & trace code you received by email. Sometimes the package is still on its way or temporarily delayed.

Has the package been marked as delivered according to the track & trace, but you haven't received anything? First, check with housemates or neighbors. Is the package still missing or has the delivery been delayed by more than two delivery days? Then please contact us. We will be happy to investigate further for you in cooperation with PostNL.

Please note: for shipments to other EU countries, delivery may take a few extra days, depending on the country and the local delivery service. As the sender, we will contact PostNL if it is necessary to start an investigation.

Not at home during delivery?

Not at home when your package is delivered? No worries!

For shipments within the Netherlands PostNL follows your delivery preferences if you have set them via your PostNL account. For example, you can choose delivery to neighbors, a PostNL point, or a safe place around your home. If you have not set a preference, the package is usually delivered to neighbors or to a nearby pickup point. You can track the exact location via track & trace.

For international shipments the delivery rules of the local postal organization in the destination country apply. In many cases, the package will be delivered to a local pickup point if the recipient is not at home. This varies by country. The status of the package can be tracked via the international track & trace from PostNL, which also indicates whether the package will be offered again or is ready for pickup.
